Lost Odysseys Developer Teams Up w/ Square Enix for A New Game?

Feel Plus, the developer of the highly acclaimed Lost Odyssey, is currently working on a game with Square Enix that is entitled as, Moon Diver.


Moon Diver is Feel Plus’ latest project that will be released on the Xbox 360’s Xbox Live Arcade. The game is a side scrolling action title that supports four player cooperative play. Player will have access to a stylis combo attacks, and acrobatic actions that uses the ceilings and walls.

Taster coming just prior to the game's August release

Take-Two's Ben Feder confirmed that the firm will release a Mafia II demo on Xbox Live and PSN in August.

 

Feder made the announcement during a Take-Two investors call which concluded moments ago.

He didn't disclose an exact date for the demo, but the full game will be out in UK on August 27 and in US on August 24, so expect it to go out some time before then.

Red Dead Redemption sells 5 million

Milestone reached in three weeks

 Red Dead Redemption has sold over five million copies worldwide since it released on May 18 in US (May 21 in UK).

 

The news comes as part of Take-Two Interactive's investors call currently underway.

The firm said it's "conservatively" expecting the open-world cowboy shooter to enjoy a "long tail" of sales, with the support of DLC content being released throughout the summer, starting with the 'Outlaws To The End' pack rele...

Take-Two holds off for optimal launch window

3 Comments Take-Two has just confirmed during an investors call that Max Payne 3 will not be released in this fiscal year.

 

This means the game won't see the light of day before April 2011. The firm said that while pushing the game's release back isn't ideal the later-than-expected release of Red Dead Redemption, which has seen huge success since its May release, demonstrates the importance of giving a game the best possible...

GTA IV passes 17 million sales

Lifetime sales milestone confirmed in investor call

Take-Two has revealed that Grand Theft Auto IV has sold over 17 million copies worldwide and is still going strong.

 

The game hit PS3 and 360 in April 2008, and later released on PC in December '08. Two major expansion packs, The Lost and Damned, and The Ballad of Gay Tony, hit Xbox 360 exclusively in 2009, while the expansions finally made it to PS3 and PC earlier this year.

Track record of 'hardcore' Wii exclusives paints grim picture, says analyst

 Activision's heavily rumoured GoldenEye Wii remake will release to "underwhelming" sales, respected industry analyst, Michael Pachter has predicted.
